The watch is crafted from 316L stainless steel with a combination of brushed and polished surfaces. It features a fluted bezel, a sapphire crystal and a sapphire exhibition caseback.

Yes. The watch is water-resistant to 100 metres / 10 ATM and features a screw-down crown.

The watch is powered by the automatic NH35A calibre, offering approximately 41 hours of power reserve. It supports manual winding and hacking seconds, while a custom-designed Superwatchman rotor is visible through the sapphire exhibition caseback.

Each watch is delivered in a Superwatchman presentation box with its individually numbered certificate of authenticity and accompanying documentation.

The watch is covered by applicable statutory consumer rights concerning manufacturing defects and non-conformity.

Any additional commercial warranty and its specific coverage will be stated on the product page or in the documentation supplied with the watch. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and damage caused by unauthorized repairs are not considered manufacturing defects.

Yes. The stainless-steel bracelet can be resized by removing links.

For the best fit and to avoid damaging the bracelet, we recommend having it adjusted by a professional watchmaker or authorized retailer.

The current estimated dispatch period is displayed on the product page and during checkout.

For pre-orders, the stated date is an estimate and may change due to production, quality control, customs or transportation. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated estimate.

Yes. Your Genesis deposit forms part of the total purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.

You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund of the deposit and any balance already paid, with no cancellation fee. Email hello@swmwatches.com with your order number. We issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days; your bank may need additional processing time.

For deliveries within Sweden and the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the displayed price.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or local fees may apply unless checkout expressly states that these costs are included. Any applicable charges will depend on the destination country.

For Genesis, you have 14 days from receiving the watch to notify us that you want to return it, in every country we ship to. This period starts on delivery, not when you reserve or pay for your watch. Email hello@swmwatches.com for instructions, then return the watch within 14 days of notifying us.

Your refund includes the deposit and remaining balance, subject to our return conditions. Return the watch with its accessories and packaging; handling beyond what is needed to inspect it may result in a deduction for reduced value.

You pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Standard limited-edition engraving does not remove your return rights. See our Refund Policy for full details.
